🔎 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute Litona’s business and financing strategy.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and investor reporting.
- Drive customer acquisition and manage key industry partnerships.
- Coordinate sales activities for active materials, electrodes, and battery cells.
- Prepare and support fundraising rounds, including financial models and investor materials.
- Build scalable business processes to support Litona’s growth to industrial production.
👩👨 Your Profile
- Experience: Proven background in finance, business development, or strategy - ideally in a hardware, deeptech, or energy startup.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of how to scale a tech company.
- Ownership: You enjoy taking responsibility for both strategic and operational tasks.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You want to build something that lasts and directly shape the company’s future.
- Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
